Thousands of marketers are trying to figure out how to rank in AI search. But almost no one is publishing real, time-series data on what actually works — with a verifiable baseline, weekly measurements, and a clearly defined success criteria.
This challenge is an attempt to build that public record. Every update is real data from a real brand with a real starting point of zero. If we hit the goal, you have a proven playbook to replicate. If we fall short, you have a documented record of what did not work — which is equally valuable.
